I don't get to access my administrative appeals, My account is not suspended because my site is usually working. See the images in attachment.

My account was suspended by not using the ads (I forgot that it was forced to put). They put me don't give resources to put the ads blocked my access to the ftp to the cpanel, I don't get login not even in the it initial page of the x10hosting. I don't also get to access the link...
