Showing "test page"

I can access the C-Panel and the administrator section of my WP site but navigating to gahundesport.com shows "test page" Is the migration ongoing? or is this a problem as a result of it?

I 'see' domain [ gahundesport.com ] as on free-hosting server [ Absolut - IP: 198.91.81.2 ] - which has major hardware upgrade/migration still underway - there is no estimate of when it will be finish
