Unsuspention Request

Hi,

I have received an e-mail that my account has been suspended due to inactivity and will be deleted if I do not login. However, I cannot login due to this: https://community.x10hosting.com/th...age-read-here-before-opening-a-ticket.192711/

Can I have my account removed form the deletion list and unsuspended please? Thank you. I promise to login as soon as the servers are back up, and I am an active user that follows all terms of use.

Your account is not suspended according to my resources. I am not sure if that is up to date due to the migrations.
