    Deleted Wrong Database

For churchchrist.net, I deleted db cofcloga_wp653. Is there any way to get it back or am I stuck rebuilding my site? I asked in Discord and was told it would be submitted to an admin a few hours ago. Thought maybe posting here, I'd find a way to reinstate my db and be able to recover my site...

    Request More Space

I like the idea of a test area. Sorry to sound thickheaded, but sounds like I would need to install Wordpress on the x10host.com, back up my files from .net and place them in the x10 installation?

    Request More Space

To clarify, the cofclogan.x10hosting.com is where the error is? When I first raised the space concern a few weeks ago, someone pointed out that I had some things pointing to multiple servers (I can't find the message now) and that they fixed this issue. I think it stemmed from being migrated...

Thank you, Anna. Would you happen to be able to point me in the right direction as to which parts are missing and not working properly?

    Request More Space

Thank you for the input. I will look at my plugins to see if there's something using a lot of space. As for disk space, I've had this account about 6 years now, this will be my second time needing an increase. I maxed out my space this weekend, went through and deleted older files that aren't...

    Deleted Wrong Folder?

Thank you for confirming that- I was just coming back to add that a couple hours later I found a setting that connected private html folder to public html folder and everything started working again. It's good to know that's been confirmed.

    Request More Space

I haven't been able to locate anything that has caused my disk usage to jump to nearly 100%, but if you can show me something I should delete to bring disk usage down, I'll do that. If not, please increase my allowed disk space.

    Deleted Wrong Folder?

My account showed several public HTML folders that were empty and when I hovered over them, it indicated they would redirect to my actual public HTML folder. I deleted them because it was suggested they may be creating my disk usage problem. Now, I go to my domain https://www.churchchrist.net...

    Space Filling Up

I'm near my limit but I'm not sure why. I make regular updates, but I'm getting messages that I'm getting closer and closer to my limit every day, even when I haven't made changes. If someone could point out what might be causing this to happen, I'd love to get it fixed. Otherwise, I need to...

    SSL Certificate Request

I found the thread that said there will be a link to set up SSL on the DirectAdmin page, then to type in SSL if you don't see the link. I click on the link that pops up and am told I don't have authority to change SSL settings. I assume I need to open this thread to ask permission to set up...

    Request for increased disk space

Happy New Year! I noticed that I'm well over the half way point of reaching my 512 mb quota. Please increase my space so that I don't run into problems as I near the max. I appreciate it!

Thank you for your reply. Making the adjustment in the PHP options menu was the fix I needed. Problem resolved.

    File Upload Max Increase

I'd like to upload audio files (church website, we share sermons) but the Wordpress media uploader tells me I have a 2 mb limit. Reading the forum indicates this should be 16 mb. Is that something I need to adjust or is that a setting to fix on your end? If me, where do I make that change?

    Newer PHP versions

Found it, on the first screen after logging in, I needed to switch themes to be able to view the cpanel selections needed. Sharing for others that may run into this.

I also use basic- where do I find the cpanel select php version option? I've looked at the blog and not seeing the path to get to the link I need to use.
