Error 101 - Network Unreachable when trying to establish connection with gmail server

Hello! I am experiencing problems in my version of Dolibarr installed on Softaculous, also in SuiteCRM I get the same error, both systems (I have SuiteCRM and Dolibarr installed on Softaculous on X10 Hosting). I really don't know where the problem comes from but I think I have my settings correctly, Im using an application password and I can't connect to the Gmail server since I get the error "Error 101 - Network Unreachable" when testing the connection with the server, is there a way to solve this? Thank you
