Error Establishing a Database Connection

Hi,

I recently installed wordpress to the url http://griffraffmusic.com/blog and I am getting an error message when I now try to access it, "
Error establishing a database connection"
Is this a common issue and is there something I can do to solve it?

I 'see' domain [ griffraffmusic.com ] as on free-hosting server [ Absolut - IP: 198.91.81.2 ] - which has major hardware upgrade/migration still underway - there is no estimate of when it will be finish
