We should set it up so if you get 500 points you can get your site hosted on the VIP server.

This would be flawless.

Nah - it should be for paying only. You would expect a near too flawless service if paying. But if your not paying.. you can't expect much

Good point. But think how about if you have 500 points and 1000 posts.

Still.. but think of it this way. It would only leadt to 10x spam posts just to get up some points. Everyone will be trying to get on VIP server (obviously) and might jeprodize the quality of the business server - which would be unfair to the kind people who sponsor x10hosting.

Then perhaps close signups for a time and clean out the accounts. Or go to how it was like when I joined these forums. You would post an application.

@DesertWar: We justcleaned up all the accounts why do it again, plus to go back to posting applications is a step back for x10 not forward.

Applying by post was unprofessional and time consuming for the admins, they have lifes to this is why they are introducing the automation. Hopefully once the system is running ti will susspend people without the add code present and clear out the accounts automaticaly. The VIP server should stay VIP and you should have to pay for it. Like shade said it would jepordise the quality of the server other wise and make it unfair for the people who have paid.

Most of the (Or some of) automated scripts are already installed and working so there is no sense to go back to post for hosting.
