i keep getting this 404 error page

ok i did my page earlier and it worked fine but when i deleted the files and updated them and installed them back and when i try to go to the website www.gamecentral.x10hosting.com it gives me this 404 error page and i dont know what the hell is going on...
i did everything right or is it the servers fault

ok the cgi-bin is set at 0755
and the rest of my files are set at 0644
