Well i can now access my Cpanel, which looks to be more complete and nicer for some reason, However my site, files everything is gone, and there is no longer an auto installer in the cpanel. ??

Your account is probably being migrated which is why you do not see any files.

I 'see' domain [ freewebdevelopers.tk ] as on free-hosting server [ Absolut - IP: 198.91.81.2 ] - which has major hardware upgrade/migration underway - there is no estimate of when it will be finish
