mysql connect issue

I have a problem with connecting to the mysql server. Whenever I load my script it gives the following error:

Warning: mysql_connect() [function.mysql-connect]: Lost connection to MySQL server during query in /home/jambek/public_html/php/include/database.php on line 24
Lost connection to MySQL server during query

I have entered the username and password correct this time because it doesn't say access denied.

I'm using stoli.x10hosting.com as host. (mysql.x10hosting.com keeps saying access denied)

What can this mean?

Also work on every server. We Belong to the same server absolut but look at my site
