SSL Certificate

Hi All,

Whenever I login to my CPanel, hosted on illuminated.x10hosting.com, I get told the security certificate has expired. This wasn't causing my many problems, other than being a small nuisance every time I login, until recently. Whenever I try and configure an email client to connect to any of the email addresses in my account they cannot authenticate properly as the SSL certificate is not trusted.

I'm not sure if this applies to all free account holders, it certainly applies to my Illuminated account.

Any admins able to fix this issue?

I'm getting a certificate for it as we speak. Sorry about that.

Not sure if you have started making changes but it appears my initial description was slightly incorrect. The message is not informing me of an expired certificate, just one that is not trusted (signed).

Mhhm. Yes. we've not started changing anything. We're in the process of ordering a new certificate for the server.

Is there any headway on this yet? I notice login times have improved but I am still getting SSL warnings and cannot authenticate properly with some email clients.
