So that people are not asking about accounts and why they don't have one etc.

Take the people that were not accepted and make an automated message system that sends an e-mail informing that they were not accepted and explaining how the system works and that they should try again later.

Sounds like a good idea to me... really I don't see why the staff hasn't got something set up like this now. :)

I think I could add this into the sign ups once Corey get's done "moving them", or he can. ;-)

I think it wouldn't be good for the email queue. There are a LOT of accounts cancelled every day. I think it would be better to explain that right after they submit their request.
