Just wanted to say my site is up again, and everything is working fine, thanks guys. Corey, ty for your hard work on making this service even better and Idk who else is adm here at x10, thanks too.
For those with problems on connecting the database check the server alerts, I'm on absolut and I did as Corey said, added '%.x10hosting.com' as remote host at cPanel (databases > remote host) and changed 'localhost' for 'mysql.x10hosting.com' in my case (wordpress) on the wp-config.php file.
