Hey just want to get a few suggestions on what I should add as far as content, for my website, I really am not great with grammer, but I am good in adobe photoshop, and I have known html for over 7 years, I just started digging into mySQL and PHP.

I have one question as far as, how do I do this.

I want to create mouseover images for my menu bar.
I already know how to make a change image, and how I can make it be done, but I want to know if theres a way to make a .GIF open on mouseover, and it has a transparacy set, so it puts a glow over the highlighted menu.

Frames are always a hinderance. More could have been done. the banner and the border is not nice (its my opinion). about your question, i think it can be done, but didnt tried it.

Suggestions:
Re-do the site, re-think the colors. Nothing matchs.
