You will need to install you own Forum Software (phpBB, MyBB, SMF) in order to get a Bank mod because InvisionFree does not allow mods to be installed:

What do you mean? I install the script and can take you through creating a forum in that software, as well as adding new skins and everything. Creating a custom skin would cost a lot more, they take ages to code.
