What's your web design environment?

I generally stick with HTML, CSS, PHP, Javascript, and more web-based programming languages. I also know some Java as well.

I use Notepad on Windows.

Still using notepad. I recommend you the notepad++. Because it speed up the development.

Just my 2 cents. :)

I haven't really had much time lately to do a lot of hardcore programming. As of right now, I program everything within the cPanel's File Manager Editor, because I haven't done much programming outside of what I do for my website.
