I have two domains hosted on my account. For several days a notice appeared which said "Account Suspended." While I can access them today, the sites are completely gone. C-Panel shows that I am using 1.3 GB of disk space, but the directories are empty.

your forum account is not linked with any hosting account, what is your cPanel username?

I was able to get to my cpanel finally and founf that everything had been moved into a single /check directory. I moved everything back out to the parent directory. I still can't access the sites.

I still don't see your account in the backend.
Can you still login to cPanel?

It is a paid hosting account. IDK if that makes a difference.

I was finally able to login to cPanel, yes. That's when I found that all files had been moved from the home dir to a subdirectory called /check. I moved everything from /check back into the home dir but still am not able to gain access.

I got misterdouglas.com back. The permissions had been changed. The index.php had permissions of 000 and the other site was set to deny read access.

If you are a paid hosting user, you should have access to the client area ( http://clients.x10hosting.com/ ) where you can submit your own support ticket.
I don't think the backend system I have has access to loads paid accounts
