Hello!

I recently switched the domain on my hosting account but eventually the email addresses I added with my old domain have somehow stayed in my quota, but have not remained for my manipulation.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
Jackson

Maybe you can add the old domain as a second domain, then delete them?

If that doesn't work, then I'll get an admin to help because only they'll have access to this.

Hey, @garrettroyce!

I actually already tried that, and to no avail. If you could get an admin, that'd be great!

Thanks,
Jackson

If you switched by using the rename option, they should have been renamed into the domain you now have.

I do not see any issue with email quotas on your account, it could be the quota updating was delayed by cache.

I was also able to without issues create (and remove) a test email account for your domain.

You may need to clear cookies/browser cache if it hasn't resolved yet.
