I login then click to the cpanel button then send me to cpanel but password didn't work at hold. please help!!!

Hi, I just did it and it didn't work still send me to the open cpanel screen

This is the panel I can't see icons or anything else, when I tried to click any option available always returning to the second image where the open cpanel button I can continue clicking other options and it's the same result a loop to the same place

I login into my account and try to open cpanel but I can't always redirect me to the same page where the quick ftp and cpanel button located.
