@springbox99 Yeah I see that now where it says DirectAdmin. I saw it before and just assumed it was a new layout.
@spacresx That's what I ended up doing, just deleting the WP installation I had and reinstalling it. I didn't think I had an export of my site, but I found it.
@Anna I don't...
It says " x13.x10hosting.com (Port 21)". And yes, I had WP installed before it migrated. I saw another post earlier that said they had made backups of everything in case anyone had a site issue after they migrated over. I can't find that site right now though, but I'll try again tomorrow.
1. I don't know what cloudflare is, so I don't think I use it.
2. I'm not sure how to do that. When I log into my account on the X10 website, there is an option to open cPanel, but nothing about DirectAdmin. Would that mean my site hasn't switched over yet?
3. I have a .htaccess file, but there...
Hi, I can log into my X10 account and access cPanel, but if I try to load my website I get this
and if I try to get into my Wordpress account for the site, I get this
I cannot figure out how to fix this. Can anyone help? I have the latest version of WP installed if that makes a difference.
I created a new account, received the email that the account was created and I am able to log in (through x10hosting[dot]com) and go to cPanel and I was able to install Wordpress. But when I go to my actual domain, I get the "domain does not exist page". WHAT?
Ok, so then I think they did change things around, but left everything the same, didn't update their FAQ, etc. Once my account finishes deleting, I'll restart it with the new domain.
Did they change how it works? Because when I created my original account (sometime around 2010) I set it up with julie.elementfx.com (which I'm in the process of deleting since I no longer need it), then I created the addon domain of beautifulmess.elementfx.com (also being deleted). I logged...
I took out your screenshots to make my reply box smaller, but I copied what you did. I went to that TK website and created a free domain (juliewaters.tk), changed the name server's, then went to cPanel to create an addon domain.
This is the info I entered
And I got this error.
And how do I do that? I have a free hosting account with X10hosting. When I created my account I set it up with julie.elementfx.com (which I'm in the process of deleting since I no longer need it), then I created the addon domain of beautifulmess.elementfx.com (also being deleted). I have been...
As I've said multiple times I have 1 addon domain and 1 subdomain remaining on my x10hosting account. In every way that I have attempted to get my 2nd addon domain created, I have never received an error about not being able to create a 2nd one. I have the main one I registered and 1 addon...
I'm very aware of how many addon and subdomains I'm allowed. I've mentioned more than once that I have 1 of each available to use for the new subdomain I want.
Subdomains already created can only be deleted, there is no editing other than a redirect.
When it hasn't worked, either nothing new is created or I delete it. I still have 1 addon domain, 1 subdomain, and 1 MySQL database available. I'm just not entering the right info and cannot find any information about what I should be entering.
I have another addon domain/subdomain already...
