Cannot connect to my FTP

Error: Connection timed out
Error: Could not connect to server

I had checked my login username and password, which is correct.

But still can't connect to my ftp as I need to backup my files.

Please assist, thanks!

FTP is up and running, most likely there are a few reasons why it wouldnt work.

1. You have a firewall blocking you from ftp on your pc / local network
2. You have successfully blocked yourself with our firewall for too many connections.
3. There is a fault on the internet between you and the x10 servers which is preventing connection.

1 is harder to check.
2 - I dont see you in the log, in fact I see no connection attempts from you atall
3 - do a traceroute from you to the server

still can't enter to the ftp.

I tried the other website's ftp. its doing fine.

Try using cossacks.x10hosting.com as the ftp server.
