CP login error and 404 message

Hello
When i login into x10 control panel get this error:

An Error Has Occurred
Although you've logged in successfully, there was an error retrieving your account's hosting type from the backend system.

Please post on our forums to seek support on this issue.

And when try to see my web, get this error:

404 - Not Found

Can't login into cpanel and can't access ftp
