google by far has the best payout, and yes you can withdraw using paypal. but you need a minimum of $100 to be able to withdraw :) you need to do smart advertising, instead of just placing a block of ads near some content try to blend it in. you can even mislead people if you do this the right way, they click a google ad thinking its just a link on your website. the visitor will be like "i didnt want to see this" and he will probably hit the back button, but that unwanted click did get you money!

Can you please provide a little more details about it???

I don't think Google Adsense have payment via Paypal, otherwise I would know.

I think they do pay via PayPal (adsense) it depends on where you are, I used to live in Dubai and now I'm in UK, I changed the country for adsense and noticed they had a new option for payment...

I tried looking earlier, but I didn't see anything about Google paying using Paypal...
