Nothing of this works.

Not sure whether it is hacking or advertisement or some serious problem. So many websites are impacted.

May be one of the staff will be able to help with what actually is happening.

that ad doesn't seem like something x10 would put up (on suspension pages/404s and similar there usually is clear statements that x10 hosting is behind that page) so I guess hacking / weird dns issue or other is the more likely cause.

Have you submitted a ticket at http://support.x10hosting.com yet? if not that would probably be a good idea since forum is basically only user to user support although staff members read and reply as well.

Hi,

I did open a ticket (Ticket ID: RNN-474191) because my site "http://travelogues.x10hosting.com/" now shows a page for "Fitbit - Automatically Track Your Fitness and Sleep".

The response that I received was that the person "do not see the "FitBit" site on your subdomain" so I attached a screen capture showing the fitbit site appearing in place of mine at 1055 hours EDT on Monday, 20 April 2009. As well I sent the final hops in a trace route to "travelogues.x10hosting.com":

Tracing route to travelogues.x10hosting.com [174.36.10.68] over a maximum of 30 hops:

8 31 ms 31 ms 32 ms GE3-0-1-0-grtnycpt3.red.telefonica-wholesale.net [213.140.52.201]
9 67 ms 67 ms 67 ms So6-1-0-0-grtdaleq3.red.telefonica-wholesale.net [84.16.12.37]
10 58 ms 57 ms 57 ms SOFTLAYER-6-3-0-0-grtdaleq3.red.telefonica-wholesale.net [84.16.6.198]
11 110 ms 207 ms 150 ms po3.dar01.dal01.dallas-datacenter.com [66.228.118.209]
12 58 ms 58 ms 59 ms po1.fcr04.dal01.dallas-datacenter.com [66.228.118.214]
13 59 ms 58 ms 58 ms 174.36.10.68-static.reverse.softlayer.com [174.36.10.68]

Trace complete.

I've not heard any back since then.

In short there appears to be an intermittent DNS issue that needs to be addressed.
