I am new I use sitespinner a wysiwyg that has a built in FTP my subdomain is http://digitalart.xhosting.com is my FTP ftp.digitalart.xhosting.com ????

yes your ftp host is ftp.digitalart.x10hosting.com

ftp username= your cpanel username
ftp pass = your cpanel pass
