Not able to run .php file

I have brought website auto builder. As they have said, i have created folder in public_html. e.g. public/html/blog. I have placed all setup files in it. But when I am trying to access files from this folder e.g. install.php it starts downloading file & not running my setup. plz help me how to fix this problem. & how can I run install.php with my web browser.

Do you have special instructions in your configuration settings in your browser to handle .PHP files using different methods?

This is problem of .htaccess file..

Try deleting it.

I understand how this can be the root of the problem, but before you delete your .htaccess file, note that a lot of custom configuration on your website may be lost.

Instead, try opening your .htaccess file and removing all the lines that redefine the MIME type of PHP.
