Sorry !!! I can't login to my ACC Panel !!! Help me

When i login, it alerted:

My ACC panel username: locked

My ftp username: ngthanh

Logging in to the account panel should be using the forum username (ie., if it's at http://x10hosting.com or http://www.x10hosting.com) , logging in to cPanel... well, like the message says, if you haven't used your hosting account for a while, it may have been terminated in accordance with the inactivity policy.
When was the last time you signed in?

Hi,

You have been suspended for inactivity. It is a requirement that you login to the x10hosting forums once every two weeks to keep your account active; posting is never required. This is an automatic suspension, you're able to unsuspend yourself immediately.

I closed theard because you have a ticked with the problem

Kraqen: I found his account to be suspended for being unlinked, which is something they can not deal with themselves. Also I did not find a ticket created by the user locked.
