Website not opening...Server very slow

I have my website in your server www.techpanodra.com

from yesterday...i have noticed that whenever i try to login to my website...The server is taking too much time to load my site...sometimes...i get timed out error...Plz look into it

If chopin is your server.
then it's a bit easy to answer now.
the server is having difficulties.
and is slow for a while.
