Hosting problem

Hi,

This relates to my domain - techguru.x10hosting.com

I have two subfolders - one is a blog and another is a groupware site for volunteers of an NGO support group that I volunteer for on weekends.

I've checked the folders as well as the MySQL db's. Everything is fine.

But the problem is that both sites are offline.

The sites were:

techguru.x10hosting.com/blog/

and

techguru.x10hosting.com/group/

I'd just checked the status of both sites on the 27th Jan and both were fine.

Please could you look into the issues at the earliest.

Currently staff is working to upgrade the system and account panel. This might be a temporary problem.
so please wait...

This problem will solve after upgrades.

I have a similar problem My whole site works but when I search for it on any search engine it comes up with nothing www.botwr@x10hosting.com try it and see if you can find it on the web.. type it into the search engine and it will come up with nill .. is there a setting or somthing i'm missing???

why isnt there a . not a @?

when i use http://www.botwr.x10hosting.com/ it works fine.
