How to get a website online?

Hi I'm Somelauw. I'm male, 20 years and new to this community.
I just created my account, but I don't really understand how to start.
How to upload a html or php script? I don't see a button or message telling me.

Okay. But I can't login with the username and password I entered on cPanel.

I only remember that I was asked once for an account for x10hosting and once for a forum account. I don't remember being asked for a cPanel account, but if I were I would have chosen the same username and password for it.

Click on Modify My Account on Right Sidebar. Reset your cpanel password there.
