My site www.motherearthevents.co.uk is not yet up. I was on Cossacks and so I believe all should be well. I logged onto my account and found I am now on Fris but when tried to logon to Cpanel I got a security certificate warning so I did not proceed.

The certificate warning is because of the certificate not being setup yet. It's alright to proceed, and if you want to avoid it altogether you can use http://fris.x10hosting.com:2082 until it is fixed.

OK. I got past the certificate warning. I can now see that my domain name is not listed as an addon any more. However, when I try to re-add it I get another failure saying that it is already configured - is it stuck on the old cossacks server? If so can it be released?
