Suspension

I read that I would need to open a support ticket for the unsuspension of my account since it was suspended automatically for activity.
I have been with x10 since 2005.
My username is DMacK
Hosting Server chopin
This account as been up since October.

Thank you Bryon. One quick question and then this can be reclosed. It has been successfully unsuspended but it does not appear to have been restored. Was the backup process unsuccessful? I currently do not have any files listed in my file manager. If you get the chance I would greatly appreciate a quick check. Otherwise it will be a day or two for me to get my content uploaded again (Saying this because I do not want to be suspended again).

Did you start uploading stuff again? I can escalate this if you are missing files to have someone check backups.

Yes I have started. I will work on getting it online now. If you wouldn't mind having someone check the backups that would be great. I had no files whatsoever and that is why I changed the index to that name when I uploaded it. I need to fix some errors first.
