Failed to Write File To Disk Error

Hello

Today, I'm getting this error (Failed to Write File To Disk Error) every time I tried to upload an image using the Wordpress Media Library. Actually this is the first time I have encountered this error. I already search Google for the solution however most of them doesn't work. Then I found a site that have a topic about this problem. It says that this is 100% server issue. Here is the link to the site:

I tried uploading again using the Media Library of Wordpress and it works. Thanks for the help.
