File Format Error

I get this error when accessing the website builder and main site: I haven't touched the site or anything since the upgrade or whatever took place with the hard drives.

Fatal error: Incompatible file format: The encoded file has format major ID 1, whereas the Loader expects 4 in /home/castler/public_html/index.php on line 0

I see that both my wordpress blog and coppermine gallery are functional, but the main site is now
