We joined recently having moved out from an expensive host who suspended us without notice despite making side agreements.
In about a month, our x10hosting free service account has gone down on MySQL and SMTP but they have great comebacks! Good thing they keep us updated on status.x10hosting.com
All things man made break down at some point but what's important is how fast recovery is done.
x10Hosting is well worth it and we'll be upgrading to their VPS soon.
