My plan was that after payment is done, i wud maintain contact with client thru email/skype. The thing is, I know a client registar and login system is better but I dnt knw how to make one and am very busy with medical studies to learn php/my sql. So i just wanted to make a system where ppl pay thru alertpay and those that do gets their name saved and then I can contact them..

I think you are good, but here are some suggestions,
your color combination's in some of the logos aint that good. Also in some logos, the "etc" element is seeking more attention than the actual name of the company, endorsement etc. You might work on typography as well. Considering learning more features of illustrator..
There is always room for improvement, isnt there?

You can temporarily use 3rd party shopping carts till you learn to build your own. Or you can license a shopping cart script from a good developer.

Some options for 3rd party shopping carts.
Such as google checkout
http://checkout.google.com/sell/?promo=sefatfree&gsessionid=1YOeM_TcWyc

or www.paypal.com
I really think you need to rework your portfolio page.
Try some html 5 in the process

Here is a good site to checkout some portfolios

Hey, I was looking through your portfolio.
1. I personally think your lying way to heavily on text effects.
2. Your designs have originallity but I think if you put a more double meaning would be great.
3. For example see this, http://www.logofaves.com/2009/06/yoga-australia/ its amazing double concept. If you don't see it, look at the space between her arm and leg.
4. The simpler the logos the more better it comes. remember logos need to be printed on paper head some times. Complex colors and all won't come out on a black and white prints.
5. Get ideas from this site. http://www.brandsoftheworld.com/
6. Or even this site http://www.logofaves.com

Hope this helps.

Your quotes are quite exemplary you must have some sort of experience with design industry, glad to see people helping each other here.

The thing you said about yoga Australia logo is called as "negative Space"

And for @Walid bro I have a golden advice for you, stop creating logos in photoshop, i saw ur portfolio some of the designs look as if they were created in Photoshop.
