Just upgraded to "Illuminated" because (1) free account can't submit support tickets anymore, (2) my email form breaks far too often, and (3) I hoped for better up time and service in general.
Now that I am upgraded, I'm still unable to submit a support ticket about my email form issue because there is something going on with x10's servers (i.e. they're down!!). What gives?!.. and please help!
