My NS:
NS1.X10HOSTING.COM
NS2.X10HOSTING.COM

Been waiting since April 22nd.

Keeps on telling me
Unable to add the domain name − Unable to create addon domain. Please verify that it has been set to the proper DNS name servers.

Is there anything else that can be done? Can I forward my .com domain with masking to my x10hosting subdomain (while I wait) or will the forwarding disrupt the process of adding the domain.

I assume you have no other addon domains set in your account

This link shows your domain name provider - GoDaddy.com.com - has set [ ns1.x10hosting.com ] and [ ns2.x10hosting.com ] as your Domain Servers - but not the date and time they were last set
http://whois.domaintools.com/taxi52bonjour.com

This link shows no [ A ] or [ NS ] DNS (Domain Name System) records on the Internet - which would be set by your cPanel
http://www.whatsmydns.net/#CNAME/taxi52bonjour.com

This link shows where the error is --> http://www.intodns.com/taxi52bonjour.com
ERROR: One or more of your nameservers did not respond

I would try to 'reset' or 'set' the zone record for domain [ taxi52bonjour.com ] in --> cPanel --> Domains --> Advanced DNS Zone Editor

if you see [ No Zone Records Found ] do a [ Reset Zone File ] - if you see [ Reset the entries in your zone file to a default state. more » ] click on [ more ]
put a check (click on the box) in front of [ Are you sure you want to erase all entries and revert to the default state? ]
then click on [ Reset Zone File ]

Thank you for that detailed reply.

I can't seem to get into the DS Manager in Godaddy. So i can't add or reset zone files.

I called Godaddy support and they told me to re-input x10hosting's NS and wait till tomorrow. If it doesn't work then to call them back.

Thank you very much.

I got it working thanks to you.

Just to clarify and x10 hosting may want to take a look at this issue

So there are 2 ways to addon a domain 1 through x10Hosting Basic and the other with the cpanel x3.

When I tried to use x10Hosting's account panel to addon a domain it did not work.
x10hosting.jpg
(did not work)

When I used cpanel x3 I was able to addon a domain without any issues.

(worked Perfectly)

Cheers :)
