My website disappeared

Help!! I wanted to update my website and found that I couldn't login. I thought I had entered the wrong password, but then I realised my website had disappeared!

Please help! I have put a lot of effort into the page. Is there any way to save it?

Accounts that are inactive are pruned from the system periodically.

If you fail to login to your account portal every 31 days the account would first be suspended, and if the suspension is not dealt with in proper time (you would have roughly 14 days to resolve the suspension, never shorter but sometimes longer) the account is terminated as being inactive.

Once terminated all data is fully removed from the servers.

Is there anyway to reactivate my account?

My father-in-law passed away recently and with all the ensuing chaos involved, updating my webpage was the last thing on my mind. I am really sorry for not logging in in time. I will keep it in mind in future. But for now, what can I do?
