no new registration?

hello! when my friends are trying to register in x10 hosting for new account it says:
Unfortunately we're unable to accept your sign up at this time. The reason is included below.

Reason
We are not currently accepting new users from your country (Nepal).
Please try again at another time.

is it a temporary problem or users are banned??


and at last i want to ask again can you change my domain from technepal.elementfx.com to technepal.x10.mx???please i need it..

Nepal is currently blocked from signing up, it may or may not change in the future, but there's no guarantees of that.
As long as you follow, your account should be good to go, but your friends will not be getting an account at this time.

I have changed your domain, don't forget to update any scripts you have to reflect this change. Also please note that there may be a short delay before the new domain is fully functional (propagation time).
