Error establishing a database connection - server is running out of disk space?

Hi!
When I try to go to my website domain elise.id.au, I get this error:
Error establishing a database connection
When I try to log into my cpanel, I get this:
Sorry for the inconvenience!
The filesystem mounted at / on this server is running out of disk space. cPanel operations have been temporarily suspended to prevent something bad from happening. Please ask your system admin to remove any files not in use on that partition.

I don't know what's going on? Is this something I can fix, or do I wait?

Okay... typical. Just as I post this it fixes itself. Is this something I can prevent in the future, or is it out of my control? Thanks.

It's back online. It may still have some lag though.
And it's completely out of your control. Haha.
