unable to create account

Hello all,

I wanted to give x10 another look to see if it any better and when I went to create an account, I get this:

Unfortunately we're unable to accept your sign up at this time. The reason is included below.

Reason
We are not able to accept your sign up at this time.
Please try again at another time.

Now I am aware that signups have been closed but what I don't know if they have been reopened yet.
