My account was blocked. This was the reason "Access is restricted to your hosting account. The restriction is due to a substantial link having been discovered between your account and another account with a history of abuse activity." There are a few things wrong with this, 1. I don't have any other accounts. 2. I don't know anyone with an account. 3. The only links I had on my website were only to my website. Can anyone help with this?

There are a few things wrong with this,
x10hosting has data that "matches" your current account with one or more accounts that were terminated for "abuse activity"

1. I don't have any other accounts.
the account your current account is matched to no longer exist

2. I don't know anyone with an account.
x10hosting has no way to know that (i.e who you know with a account with x10hosting)

3. The only links I had on my website were only to my website
this issue has nothing to do with 'links' on your Web site - it is about the data within one or more of x10hosting's database(s) that contain information about current and former users (accounts)

BUT
your current IP address might have been used by someone else

Seems you signed up from a disallowed country. In addition are you using a VPN?
