I only logged in maybe 4 days ago. I don't need to access the account for any particular reason but I know if I don't it gets suspended, which is fine, it's free. (And thank you)

But as I said I logged in 4 days ago, roughly, and this morning I found that the account was suspended. So I logged in again and now its all fine.

Normally I log in I might randomly click one maybe or two links on the x10hosting panel and log out again. I am not there for more that a minute, perhaps less than 30 seconds truth be told!

So questions
Is there a nack to logging into the free account in that I am unaware of?
Do I have to visit a specific page to count as logging in?
Do I have to be logged in for a certain amount of time?

Thank you for your reply

There is no hosting account associated with this forum account, you may be logging into the wrong account.

I only have one account, different to my support login though

yes - Sign in at --> [ https://www.x10hosting.com/sso/login ]
no - but you should let the page load before you Sign out

Thank you I was logging in in at, which seems to be the next link through address
https://xo6.x10hosting.com:****/****/frontend/x3/index.html

I always click a couple of links in the cpanel, sort of token guesture

If you are logging into cPanel directly, that doesn't count as activity. The only thing that counts is logging into the SSO portal; you don't even have to go to cPanel.
