cannot access my account

I am getting the monthly message that my account has a final warning etc. When I click the link and try to enter in my account says that an error occurred. I cannot access my account.

A Potential Fix
Try loging in here: https://xo5.x10hosting.com:2083/cpsess9508997707/frontend/basic/filemanager/
Your username is your sub domain (without the x10Hosting bit) with x1, x2, x3 ect. at the end.
Your password is your account password.
It worked for me.
