Clearing Cachewall Outside Of Cpannel?

Is there a way to clear the Cachewall using PHP for the server at all? I am trying to reduce the amount of times I'm needing to sign into the Cpannel if able.

I know that I still have to login to the Cpannel in order to keep my account active but its just easier if I am able to update new pictures that are added to products without having to hit the clear Cachewall button every time.

ALSO turning the Cachewall off or putting it in development mode still doesn't work, I still am having to clear it from the Cachewall in order to update the pictures.

I can’t even access Cachewall on server xo2. Support team said it was resolved and it was not
