ive been patiently waiting for the migration to DirectAdmin.
for the last 3 weeks now, im seeing many others are on it.

When i try to log in to https://x10hosting.com/sso/main
i get the normal login but then i click "open cpanel" all i get is
can’t establish a connection to the server at xo5.x10hosting.com:2222

Can anyone enlighten me on how much longer x05 has to wait ?

I am able to get into Directadmin now. I had not tried over the weekend, but tried just now and I'm in, so you should be able to get in soon if not already. I imagine that some accounts will complete migration before others, but in any case, I believe they must be in the final stages of the migration, hopefully there will be an announcement so that anyone still having issues knows that there is an actual problem and can take appropriate steps with opening a trouble ticket (or whatever the procedure is).

@ susanna4
Ive been trying at least once a day to log in, (or more) since December 13th.
since it was first announced about the migration to DirectAdmin.
I have also been watching all the posts so far about it.

Im not seeing any signs that my server has been done yet, (mines x05)
i tried again moments ago but get the same message as before.

all i can do is keep watching the forums to see if there any mention of it.
im sure after almost 3 weeks anyone would want some answers.

I am also on server "x05" and unable to login. I also follow the same process (perform SSO successfully, then click on "open cPanel") as "spacresx" states at the top of this post and I too, get the exact same error "can’t establish a connection to the server at xo5.x10hosting.com:2222". My website is functioning just fine but are unable to logon to my account. Have seen in other posts, server ids #'s preceding and also after x05 that users are now able to logon. Don't know either, if migration is in server id # order.
Have also watched posts and ANNA has been very good to respond to migration questions/concerns. ANNA, could you please maybe enlighten us on the status of "x05"? Thank you.

Unfortunately I don't really know in what order or how far the the migrations are along, though last I spoke with the ones in charge they hoped to have first pass (which from what I gather mean all accounts migrated) done soon, but that would depend on everything going as planned.

I've had no emails for about five days so far. This is beyond a joke, I need my emails. I can't access cpanel to check my email settings. Service is not good enough!

@ Anna
Thanks, just anxious since we see many others say they have it already.
makes us wonder when we are going to get it.

@ paulbenn
i haven't had email for almost 3 weeks... but luckily i dont depend on x10's email.
my primary e-mail is with either gmail or my isp.
its also been just as long since i was able able to do anything in cpanel
or the directadmin, i can only ftp my old site and upload to it.

fortunately i keep my own backups on my PC, so thats part is no issue.
its getting DirectAdmin then trying to figure it out thats the issue.
as i know i will probably have issues like many others are reporting to.

I have also emailed (from a gmail account) several times to get an update but no one is responding.

I would even be happy if I could just suspend my email from x10 during this migration process because my registrar has an email forwarding option I can use in the interim. Unfortunately, because I can't even get to that point in the logon process I can't deactivate my email. To add insult to injury, no one will reply to my emails so I can't even find out if the admins can do it on their end.
