Hi all,

How can I prevent (if possible) my emails sent from afonsosantos.x10.mx going to the Spam folder on Gmail atleast?

Thank you

UPDATE: When sending email from my custom domain robot-tech.tk, Gmail gives me back a error message:

try creating a rule in your gmail to safe email from *.x10.mx
(or from your x10 email address)

I've done that in my account, but the problem is the other's users accounts, any way to prevent that?

Also, if I'm using Cloudflare with my custom domain, do I need to add any records for email to work? I can't receive emails from Gmail to my custom domain

my error, i didnt see the message when i first replied.
your getting an authentication error im assuming from x10's end.
read more here https://support.google.com/mail/answer/81126#authentication
as pointed out in the error message.
im not sure about the
To best protect our users from spam, the
550-5.7.26 message has been blocked.
if that relates to just the message or x10's server getting blocked.
personally ive never seen such a message before.

i wish they'd get x05 migrated here, i could better help out if
i had the same environment to see whats what.

Maybe some DNS record is missing? Only happening on my custom domain (my main x10.mx domain is going to spam though)

you could try wildcard'ing a filter with your custom email in gmail.
thats the *@you.x10.mx (you being your website name)
and send to inbox.

but if its a DNS issue then its likely in your mx record where the error is.

I think I found it, I'm using CF and 2 records:

upload_2020-1-5_2-45-22.png

Shouldn't these records be the same as the DirectAdmin records? I can't ping any of the DNS records that are not in CF...

I'm so confused right now... Why did they remove the SSL certificates from the accounts? CF and DirectAdmin are some what confuse.

I think everyone's getting confused with the migration.
everyone is in a hurry to get things fixed and its causing a mess.

i never used cloudflare (and never will) i didnt like the free options,
i used cloudbric when it used to be free which is like cloudflare,
but it had more options and was easier to use.

im almost certain SSL cert's can still be added if you know how to do it.
unfortunately until they migrate my x05 so i can try it, i cant be sure.

I use CF for all my domains, and it's easy to use (I use mainly for the free SSL).

I don't have any option for adding a SSL certificate in DA (I had a few days ago but no longer). Maybe a staff member can see this thread, like @Anna?

trying to remember off the top of my head without doing it.
i know you go to like www.sslforfree.com and download the files to your pc,
then upload them to a folder on your website like .well-known
then have the sslforfree website scan your website for that folder.
then it would finish the process. it wouldn't even touch Directadmin as some claim.
besides that folder you create in your public_html directory.
End result is it gives you the SSL certificates for your domain.
but since they are free youd have to do it again in 3 months.

Yeah, the SSL is working fine, but the email issue is ongoing. I'm thinking in switching to another provider for the email.

softdesi, I'm having the same email deliverability problems as you, have you tried the option Email Accounts > Enable DKIM ? That is what Google's sender guidelines (the link in your original message) suggest. With cPanel my emails were fine but now they're always marked spam.

enable both DKIM and SPF then DMARC. You can check the dns for MX , DKIM, SPF, and DMARC in here https://mxtoolbox.com/ for ensure email delivery. By the way, you should delete the NS record of x10hosting in your cloudflare dns since it will conflict with the .TK registrar. I am getting time out errors for getting the any dns record settings of your domain.

It seems it happens with all x10 domains when using their stuff. Then whenever using Google, O365 its all fine. I'm about to switch to Zoho mail since that's the only free option.
