Error establishing a database connection

I am with that problem every time i try to connect my website always says that "
Error establishing a database connection".

I'm on x14. No site, no PHPMyAdmin, no MySQLManagement, no Roundcube Webmail.

Database was down for me this morning, then started working again, but now its down again

@Anna any ideas when this database connection problem will be sorted, many of us continuing to have a poor service during and since migrations

This is working again now and has been up and running for 6 hours at the moment, hopefully will stay ok now
