Resolved Can't sign in after clicking on open cpanel

Hi there,

Been a really long time since I been here, I just went to https://x10hosting.com/sso/main/main and clicked on "Open cPenel" and I get a page saying that sign-in successful and then on that same page it says it failed and to try again.



Can you please help me?

There is no hosting account linked with the forum account you are posting from.

Could you please let us know under what domain the account is setup? Username or email works too (you can PM me if you do not want to post that information publicly.
